Ingredients:-

  (Serves 6-8)

   Base Blend:-

  - 2–3 fresh betel (paan) leaves 

  - 1 cup boiled spinach (chopped)  

  - 10–15 cashews (soaked overnight)  

  - 3–4 dates (pitted)  

  - 100ml coconut milk  

  - A pinch of rock salt  

 Spice Mix & Texture:-

  - ¼ cup dry coconut powder  

  - 2 tbsp rose water  

  - 2 tbsp fennel powder  

  - 2 tbsp cardamom powder  

  - 1 tbsp clove powder  

 Garnish:-

  - 1 tablespoon of finely cut paan leaves.  

  - 1 tbsp dried rose petals. 


Instructions:-

 1. Blend the Base:-

  •  In a powerful grinder, combine paan leaves, boiled spinach, soaked cashews, dates, coconut milk, and rock salt. Blend until smooth.  

2. Add Spices:-

  •  Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Stir in coconut powder, rose water, fennel powder, cardamom powder, and clove powder. Blend again until silky.  

3. Finish & Freeze:-

  •  Fold in chopped paan leaves and rose petals. Pour into kulfi molds, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for 6+ hours.  

4. Serve:-

  •  Dip molds in warm water for 10 seconds to unmold. Garnish with rose petals.
