What Are Overnight Oats?

                                        Overnight oats are made by mixing rolled oats with liquid, like milk. And keep it in the fridge overnight. The oats absorb the liquid, softening and becoming ready to eat in the morning without any cooking and healthy and very useful for the diet maintain and fitness person.


How to Make Overnight Oats?

                                             Take a 1 cup of rolled oats add some 1 or 2  tablespoon of chia seeds then add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder add 1 spoon of honey or you take more than 1 spoon and add milk to it and mix it well using spoon mix until good comabine with oats and milk keep the mixture done and keep it in the fridge overnight or 2 to 3 hours then take a oats into a serving bowl and at the top add 2 spoons of melted peanutbutter and and 2 spoons of melted chocolate and you add your wanted fruits on it for the diet persons banana is the best choice for fitness or gym persons now i am taking strawberry and some cheery.
