                                                             What is palak roti?

Wheat flour and spinach (palak) are used to make Palak Roti. resulting in a nutritious range of diets. It can be a low-calorie, high-protein snack that is excellent for anyone trying to stay active or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Here's how to do it:-
 
                     Take 100–200g of spinach or palak leaves, add 50–100g of panner, and add green chilli. Depending on your preferences, I'm taking 1 green chilli and adding garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves, and grinding them with a powerful mixer without adding any water. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the atta flour, and add a pinch of salt or a flavouring and make a roti on a pan with medium flame add 3ml oil and fry each side for 1 or 2 minutes then the healthy and tasty palak roti is ready

  • Palak (Spinach) 100-200g.
  • Panner ( 50-100g).
  • 1 Green chilli.
  • Ginger
  • Garlic 
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Atta flour
  • Salt
