- Moong dal (split yellow lentils): 100g
- Green chilli: 1 (deseeded for less heat)
- Fresh ginger: 5g (1 tsp grated)
- Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
- Salt: To taste
- Butter or ghee: For cooking
- Eggs: 2 (use whites only for low-calorie option)
Instructions:-Ready in 20 mins + soaking time):-
1️⃣ Soak:-
- Rinse moong dal, soak overnight (or 4+ hours) in water.
2️⃣ Blend:-
- Drain dal, add to blender with chilli, ginger, cumin, salt, and 3 tbsp water. Grind until smooth.
3️⃣ Cook:-
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Pour batter, spread thinly like a crepe.
4️⃣ Add Egg:-
