High protein oats pancake
Firstly take about 20g of rolled oats,1 banana and 2 eggs and add pinch of cinnamon and salt. Grind it well using a powerful
Grinder or a mixer and blend it until the smooth form now take a pan with our low flame heat with 1 table spoon of cooking oil
then add the mixture should be in the smooth form added to pan slowly and with low flame with each side 1 or 2 minutes. Than you can add
a favrouite fruits of your choice and add little amount of honey for your taste.
