milk or yougart now i am taking milk then add 80g or 100g of blueberry and add some strawberry or you can also add the banana or your favrouite fruits. Then add 12 to 
25 almonds and add 4 to 5 dates then grind until it become the smoothie consistent dont put any water for grinding and then put it for a serving glass and add some 
chia seeds on the top of the smoothie now you can enjoy the
