Ingredients:-  

- Take 650g of chicken breast and cut it into small cubes. 

- 300g penne pasta  

- 1 tbsp garlic powder  

- 1 tbsp onion powder  

- 1 tsp salt  

- 1 tsp pepper  

- 1 tsp chili powder  

- 1–2 tbsp cooking oil  

- 15g light butter  

- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)  

- 1 tbsp chili flakes  

- 200ml evaporated milk  

- 120ml chicken stock  

- 100g tomato sauce  

- 80g light cream cheese  

- 40g Parmesan cheese (grated)  

- 80ml pasta water (reserved from boiling pasta)  

- Fresh parsley (for garnish)  

Instructions:- 

1. Prepare the Chicken:- 

  •     Place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix well using your hands until the chicken is neatly mix with flavours.  

2. Cook the Pasta:- 

  •     Boil the penne pasta in salted water until it become soft and smooth. Before draining, save about 80ml of the pasta water in a small bowl and set it aside.  

3. Cook the Chicken:-  

  •     Heat 1–2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook them until they turn light brown. Remove from the pan and keep another side.  

4. Make the Creamy Sauce:- 

  •     In another pan, melt the butter in low flame. Add the chopped garlic and chili flakes. Stir until the garlic becomes fragrant.  
  •     Pour in the evaporated milk and chicken stock, followed by the tomato sauce and cream cheese. Stir well until the cream cheese melts and combines.  
  •     Add the taken 80ml pasta water and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and chili powder to taste. Stir for about 5 to 8 minutes on medium-low heat.  

5. Combine Everything:-  

  •     Add the cooked chicken and boiled pasta to the creamy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly so the sauce coats the pasta and chicken evenly.  

6. Serve:-
