Ingredients:-

For the Beef Patties:-

- 600g lean ground beef  

- Salt and pepper (to taste)  

- 1 egg  

For the Burger Sauce:-

- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise  

- 1 tbsp reduced-sugar ketchup  

- 1 tsp American mustard  

- 2 tbsp chopped pickles  

- 2 tbsp chopped onion  

- Extra pepper (to taste)  

For the Garlic Butter:-

- 2 tbsp melted butter  

- 2 garlic cloves, finely diced  

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

- Burger buns  

- Cooking oil

- Shredded cabbage  

Instructions:-

1. Prepare the Beef Patties:-

  • - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix thoroughly until well combined.  
  • - Divide the mixture into 6 ball shaped. Set aside.  

2. Make the Burger Sauce:-
