Ingredients:-

- 100g moong dal (split green gram), soaked overnight  

- 20g suji (semolina)  

- 20g baking soda  

- Salt (to taste)  

- 1–2 tbsp olive oil  

- 1 onion (sliced)  

- 1 capsicum (sliced)  

- 1 tomato (sliced)  

- 30g baby corn  

- 100g paneer (cubed)  

- Chilli sauce  

- Cheese (grated, as desired)  

- Pizza oregano spice mix  


Instructions:-

  1. Prepare the Base:-

  •     Grind the soaked moong dal into a smooth batter. Transfer to a bowl.  
  •     Add suji, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.  
  •     Heat olive oil in a pan. Spread the mixture thinly, like a pizza base.  
  •     Cook on medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Avoid high heat to prevent burning.  

2. Add Toppings:-

  •     Spread chilli sauce on the base. Top with onion, capsicum, baby corn, tomato, and paneer.  
  •     Top with cheese and a sprinkle of oregano.  
  •     Cover the pan for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.  

3. Serve:-
