- 200g high-protein paneer (cut into slices)  

- Salt (to taste)  

- 1 tbsp onion powder  

- 1 tsp chili powder  

- 1 tbsp garam masala  

- 2 tbsp ghee (or oil for frying)  

- 2 tbsp chili sauce  

- 2 tbsp soy sauce  

- 3–4 tbsp honey (adjust for sweetness)  

- 2–3 tbsp water (to adjust glaze consistency)  

- 1–2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)  


Optional Add:-

- Sliced bell peppers or onions (for extra crunch)  

- Garnish with fresh green herbs or spring onions.  


Step-by-Step Recipe for Honey Chili Paneer:-

  1. Prepare the Paneer:-

  •     Take a large bowl and add 200g of high-protein paneer (cut into slices).  
  •     Season with salt, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tbsp garam masala. Mix well.  

2. Fry the Paneer:-

  •     Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan over medium-low flame.  
  •     Fry the seasoned paneer slices until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate.

  •     In the same pan add 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 3–4 tbsp honey. Mix well.
