Ingredients:-

 - 30g makhana (fox nuts)  

- 10 cashews  

- 10 almonds  

- 250ml milk (dairy or plant-based)  

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder  

- 2 tbsp honey  

- 50g chopped papaya  

- 50g chopped banana  

- 50g chopped grapes  

- 50g pomegranate arils  

- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds  

- 2 tbsp chia seeds  


Steps:-

  1. Soak Nuts:-

  •  Take a small bowl and add makhana, cashews, almonds, milk and Mix well. Soak for 10–15 minutes.  

2. Blend:-

  •  Transfer the soaked mixture to a blender. Add cocoa powder and honey. Blend until smooth.  

3. Assemble Bowl:-

  •  Take a large bowl and layer papaya, banana, grapes, and pomegranate one by one. Pour the blended mixture over the fruits.
