- 100g paneer (cubed)  

- 1 onion (chopped)  

- 1 capsicum (chopped)  

- 30g curd  

- 1–2 tbsp Schezwan sauce  

- 1 tsp peri peri masala  

- Salt to taste  

- 2 bread slices  

- 1–2 tbsp ghee  


Steps:-

 1. Prepare the Marinade:-

  • In a small bowl, mix curd, Schezwan sauce, peri peri masala, and salt.  

2. Combine Veggies & Paneer:-

  • In a large bowl, add paneer cubes, chopped onion, capsicum, and the marinade. Mix well.  

3. Assemble the Sandwich:-
