Ingredients :-

 - 30g soaked channa (chickpeas)  

- 30g soaked green grams (moong dal)  

- 100g low-fat paneer (crumbled)  

- 1 green chili  

- 50g fresh coriander leaves  

- 1 tbsp salt (adjust to taste)  

- 1 tsp chaat masala  

- 1 tsp black pepper  

- 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the yogurt sauce:-

  - 100g curd (plain yogurt)  

  - 5g imli (tamarind paste)  

Toppings:-

 - Chopped cucumber, beetroot, pomegranate, or fruits of choice  


Preparation:-

  

1. Grind the Base:- In a mixer, blend soaked channa, green grams, paneer, green chili, and coriander leaves into a coarse mixture.  

2. Season the Mixture:- Transfer to a bowl. Add salt, chaat masala, black pepper, and any favorite spices. Mix well.
