- 50g boiled black channa (black chickpeas)  

- 100g boiled sweet potato  

- 100g boiled beetroot  

- 1 tbsp ginger paste  

- 1 tbsp chat masala  

- 1 tbsp jeera (cumin) powder  

- Salt (to taste)  

- 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)  


For the Spicy Paneer Dip:-

  - 100g paneer (cottage cheese)  

- 100ml yogurt  

- 2 garlic cloves  

- 2 dried red chilies (or fresh chilies)  

- Salt (to taste)  


Step-by-Step Instructions:- 

1. Prepare the Patties Mixture:-

  •  In a large bowl, combine 50g boiled black channa,100g boiled sweet potato and 100g boiled beetroot. Mash them thoroughly using a fork or masher.  
  •  Add 1 tbsp ginger paste,1 tbsp chat masala,1 tbsp jeera powder and salt according to taste. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.
