Ingredients:-

  •  100g cooked rice (cooled for a few minutes)
  •  180g chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
  •  20g soy sauce
  •  60g peas
  •  1 whole egg
  •  1 onion (chopped)
  •  1 red capsicum (chopped)
  •  1 carrot (chopped)
  •  1 tablespoon cooking oil (for chicken)
  •  1 tablespoon cooking oil (for vegetables)
  •  1 tablespoon cooking oil (for egg)
  •  1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
  •  A pinch of salt


Instructions:-

1. Prepare the Chicken:-

  •     Heat a pan and add 1 spoon of oil.
  •     Add the small pieces of chicken breast.
  •     Fry the chicken until it becomes soft and fully cooked.
  •     Take out the cooked chicken and put it on a plate.

2. Cook the Vegetables:-

  •    Heat 1 spoon of oil in the same pan.
  •     Add the chopped onion, red capsicum, and carrot.
  •     Fry the vegetables until they become soft and smooth.
  •     Add the garlic and ginger paste and mix well with the vegetables.

3. Add the Rice:-

  •     Put the cooked rice in the pan.
  •     Stir-fry for a few minutes to mix it with the vegetables.

4. Cook the Egg:-

  •    Move the rice to one side of the pan.
  •     Put 1 spoon of oil on the empty side.
  •     Crack the egg and stir it until it is fully cooked.
  •     Mix the cooked egg with the rice and vegetables.

5. Final Steps:-

  •    Add the 60g of peas and fry for a minute.
  •     Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
  •     Put the cooked chicken in the pan.
  •     Pour 20g of soy sauce and mix everything well.
