- 80g rolled oats powder
- 20g coconut flour
- 25g whey protein
- 25g normal protein powder
- 20g erythritol (or 2 tablespoons of honey, as per taste)
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:-
- 2 eggs
- 200g cottage cheese
- Juice of 1 orange
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
For the Frosting:-
- 50g yogurt
- 50g fat-free cream cheese
- Juice of 1 leftover orange
- 10g vanilla whey protein

Step 1:- Prepare the Dry Ingredients
