- 50g Makhana (Fox Nuts) – Lightly roasted for crunch.  

- 20g Roasted Groundnuts (Peanuts) – Adds protein & healthy fats.  

- 2 Cardamom Pods – For aroma and digestion.  

- 5-6 Almonds – Rich in vitamin E and good fats.  

- 1 Apple (chopped) – Fiber and natural sweetness.
