Ingredients:-

- 1 cup curd (plain yogurt)  

- 1 tbsp cumin powder  

- 1 tbsp red chili powder  

- Salt (to taste)  

- 1 tbsp turmeric powder  

- 8 tbsp gram flour (divided into 4 + 4 tbsp)  

- Water (as needed)  

- 1 slice brown bread  

- 1 tsp sesame seeds  

- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)  

- Oil (for frying)  


Instructions:-

  1. Prepare the Batter:- 

  •     In a bowl, mix curd, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and 4 tbsp gram flour.  
  •     Slowly add water and whisk until smooth.  
  •     Add the remaining 4 tbsp gram flour and mix again. Adjust water to form a thick, lump-free batter.  

2. Assemble & Cook:- 

  •     Spread the batter evenly on a slice of brown bread.  
  •     Sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander leaves on top.  
  •     Heat oil in a pan. Fry the bread on medium heat, batter-side down first, until golden. Flip and cook the other side.
