- 50g maida (all-purpose flour)

- 50g cornflour

- Fresh dill leaves (finely chopped)

- Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 tablespoon garlic paste

- 1 tablespoon ginger paste

- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder

- Salt to taste

- Water (as needed)

- Low-fat paneer (sliced)

- Skewers or sticks

- 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions:-

1. Prepare the Batter:-

  •   Take a bowl and add 50g of maida and 50g of cornflour.
  •     Add the chopped dill and coriander leaves.
  •     Mix in 1 tablespoon each of chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and black pepper powder.
  •     Add a little salt to match your taste.
  •     Add water to the mixture and stir until it become a smooth, thick batter.

2. Coat the Paneer:-
